Thank you to Anstey & District funerals in particular Arran & Kerry. As soon as you received Glyn into your care. I knew he was in the most safe, caring and compassionate hands. I didn’t have to worry about anything, and Glyn had the most beautiful ‘send off’ that he so rightly deserved. X

I know Glyn was so proud of his children. The stories of Paige's dancing and of Lucca and Roman's running and football were amazing. The stories of his time supporting Leicester were also fantastic and he would share both new and old ones. However, in all his pride and excitement he would always ask after my George (and of the Albion) first. It wasn't just football and children we spoke about as Glyn was there for me during a couple of really difficult times in my life. A true friend and a special one too. I will miss our chats and knowing you were always there for me. Leicester vs Albion will never be the same again but I'm sure you'll be looking down watching the game too.
